One last image of the amazing Braem – leaving Antwerp today, but will be back in just a few weeks.
The Braem Pavilion – 1971 by Renaat Braem. Super weird beautiful light filled space.
Just spent two intensely productive days in Antwerp working on final details for a show at the Middelheim Museum.
Regram from @t.grayson_ who has been taking care of the animals at home. Mona Winona just brought this baby desert tortoise hatching back to the house in her mouth – going to ask our friend Kelly the tortoise biologist what to do. (will add it to the growing rescue tortoise collection if she says we can’t release it back into the wild)
I know that the desert is where most people go to be alone, but I actually love the solitude when I’m in NY… just spent almost 40 hours in PJs – working to catch up on my entire life while sitting in this corner.
Always love flying out of Palm Springs airport… The flight path is over the national park – and often the planes fly terrifying close to the mountains before they gain elevation.
Nora's making herself a poncho!
Straight off the loom – Dean's first test weaving! We are using the test weavings to hone skills and experiment with new techniques and materials. They will be for sale out of the studio to help fund our experimentation and cover overhead for the many non-commercial resources at A-Z West.
